Frasers Property Limited (“Frasers Property”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) today announced a significant renewal of its Board of Directors. Non-Executive and Non-Independent Chairman of the Board, Mr Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi, will retire from office after serving for about 12 years. In recognition of his extraordinary contributions to the Group, Mr. Charoen will be honoured with the title of Chairman Emeritus following his retirement. Mr Charoen will be succeeded by Mr Chumpol NaLamlieng, who will be appointed as a Non-Executive and Independent Chairman of the Board.
The following changes to the Board will also take effect from 8 February 2025.

Mr Chumpol NaLamlieng
Mr NaLamlieng currently serves as the Vice Chairman, Independent Director and Chairman of the Governance and Nomination Committee of The Siam Cement Public Company Limited. He is also the Vice Chairman and Director of SCG Chemicals Co., Ltd. Additionally, Mr NaLamlieng is a Director of Siam Sindhorn Company Limited, Kempin Siam Company Limited and CPB Equity Company Limited. Mr NaLamlieng was the President of Siam Cement Group until 2005. Prior to that, he worked with Thai Investment and Securities Co., Ltd., and International Finance Corporation, a member of The World Bank Group. He has also served as Chairman and Independent Director of Singapore Telecommunications Limited and held directorships in Sembcorp Industries Ltd, British Airways Public Company Limited, The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited, Kempinski International SA and SCG Packaging Public Company Limited. Mr NaLamlieng holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington, USA and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School, USA.
Dr Nithinart Sinthudeacha
Dr Sinthudeacha has been the managing director of N-Able Plus Co., Ltd. since September 2007 and was formerly a Senior Executive of Accenture Thailand. She is also a co-founder, Director and Chairwoman of the Executive Committee of Beryl 8 Plus Public Company Limited. Dr Sinthudeacha is a seasoned business leader and active board member, serving on the boards of various public and private companies. Currently, she also sits on the boards of Mega Lifesciences Public Company Limited, Amarin Corporations Public Company Limited, Thai Beverage Public Company Limited, MYDNA Co., Ltd and ECOFUTURE Co., Ltd. She was previously a director of Chame Corporation Public Company Limited, Pomelo Fashion Co., Ltd, Charming World International Co., Ltd. and Brigida Phyto Science Co., Ltd. Dr Sinthudeacha holds a doctorate degree in organisation and human resource development, a Master’s degree in management and organisational policy, and a Master’s degree in communications and public relations, from Boston University, USA. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in English language, Faculty of Arts, from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.
