20 December 2010, Bangkok: Mr. Chris Delaney (2nd from left), Chairman and Executive Director of Golden Land Property Development PLC, signs a property management contract with Ms. Aliwassa Pathnadabutr (2nd from right), Managing Director of CB Richard Ellis for the 75,432-sq.m. Sathorn Square, a grade A office development located at the Sathorn-Narathiwas intersection with direct covered access to the BTS Chong Nonsi station, which will be completed in the first quarter of 2011.
